Come and experience permaculture*, and join us as we construct a new Keyhole Planter at the M.a.D. Garden @Winstedt on

at 10 Winstedt Road (adjacent to The Malayan Council restaurant)
Programme
We will start with a garden tour from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. where you will learn how permaculture design can transform urban spaces into healthy ecosystems.
Then you will learn to apply permaculture principles – observing the patterns on site, we will design and construct a new keyhole planter to catch and store energy.
To complete the experience, you will get to sample food and drink made from our garden produce – what you can eat and drink may surprise you!

What to bring
Bring your own gloves, water, hat and sunscreen.
You can also bring your veggie scraps and fruit peel for composting (but no cooked items or any animal products, please).
