If you want to look deeper than the current ESG strategy to “transition to net-zero” through carbon accounting\, this is the seminar for you. \nAbout this Seminar \nThis seminar will provide a practical construction law perspective on Environmental\, Social\, and Governance (ESG) requirements in Singapore’s built environment sector. We will examine the deeper ecological context that should underpin ESG obligations—including the planetary boundaries framework and the growing recognition that sustainability requires more than carbon reduction alone —alongside the rapidly expanding landscape of climate change litigation and Singapore’s emerging role as a dispute resolution hub for climate-related disputes.
