Terms & Conditions

1. Places are limited and will be allocated in order of priority upon receipt of registration and payment (where applicable).
2. Equivalent substitute participants (e.g. member for member or non-member for non-member) are welcome, subject to our being informed by email to events@tchs-global.org at least 3 working days in advance of each event of such substitution.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to register or admit any participant.
4. We are committed to staging a successful event. However, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, change its venue or any of the other details published.
5. Participants are solely responsible for their health, safety and personal belongings and must at all times manage these with care and consideration for others and the surroundings.
6. You have no health issues or problems that would preclude you from participating in this event.  If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before registering for the event.

8. Please note that TCHS may take photographs or videos of you during this event. By participating and attending this event, you agree that TCHS may use the photographs or videos for publicity and marketing purposes. Please contact TCHS if you have any concerns.
